Soy 10

A gamification tool designed for the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá, Colombia, where it was sought to train more than 70,000 public workers in order to improve community service.

This tool had several systems to motivate workers to improve their communication skills, such as creating an avatar, badges, leader board and achievements. To transmit the necessary knowledge, 10 mini-games were designed based on the information provided by the Mayor’s Office.
